Return & Refund Policy Placing an order through Jacinshop means you accept the following terms. A. 14-Day Return Policy We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. B. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return label to send the product back to our office, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. The inspection may take from 1 to 7 business days. You will then receive a new product if that is your request. Alternatively, upon receiving the product, we will refund you the full amount of money at your request. If items are sent back to us without prior notification, the return will not be accepted. C. Return Method Your option to send the package to us: By Mail D. Damaged and Incorrect Products or Issues Damages and Issues (Defective Products) Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it. For defective products, the return is completely free. This means your shipping costs are 0.00 PLN, and restocking fees are 0.00 PLN. Return at Customer’s Responsibility (Customer’s Change of Mind) Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item you bought by mistake is no longer needed or if the products are incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it. For products related to the customer’s change of mind, you will need to cover the return shipping costs. You will bear the actual return costs. Restocking fees are 0.00 PLN. E. Exchanges The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. How to Obtain a Return Label Defective Product – Download and Print Customer’s Decision – Customer’s Responsibility G.
